The short version

Kasque Group Pty Ltd is a micro-business based in Perth, Western Australia. We do this for the love of the lawn community (and to pay for our own lawn products) We'll store your name, email address and postcode so the app can show you the weather for your lawn. We will never sell your email address or send you junk - it's a dick move, and against the law in Australia.

What we collect

Your name and email address — to create your account and sign you in. Use a burner email address if you have trust issues, we're cool with that.
Your postcode (and a coarse location at signup - but we don't save that) — to fetch the daily weather for your area and work out growing degree days.
What you log — actions, products, zones, recipes, reminders and any temperature readings you send from your own sensor. That's the point of the app.
Your lawn type - we know if you're a fan of Buffalo, and we will judge you.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your details to anyone.
We don't send marketing email. You'll only hear from us about your account or the reminders and warnings you've turned on.
We don't track you across other apps or websites.
We don't add any BS app analytics or frameworks.

Who else sees it

Weather lookups send your postcode (resolved to a weather station location ID) or area never your name or email to our weather provider. Push notifications go through Apple, and Telegram messages through Telegram if you choose to enable it. That's it.

Deleting your data

Delete your account from within the App or Email contact@lawndash.app from the address on your account (that burner email account?) and we'll delete it, along with everything you've logged.
